I spent the past year editing this independent documentary film about Charity Woodrum, a young woman from rural Oregon whose dream of becoming an astrophysicist is nearly derailed when she suffers a devastating tragedy. This film is currently showing at film festivals and getting incredible response and
support. I consider this film a project of love for me and I am so proud to be a part of telling
Charity’s story.

Hand Drawn Life - The History and Influence of Newspaper and Comic Strips

This film traces the history and influence of American Newspaper comic strips. An art form, arguably the first example of American pop culture, that has been greatly under-appreciated. We tell this story through the voices of the cartoonists themselves and comic historians. This film is available to rent or purchase on Apple TV and Amazon Prime.

Statue of Limitations

Currently, I am finishing up an exciting and sure-to-be controversial feature documentary about Polarization. In this film, we will explore the legacy of Father Junipero Serra and renewed historical appreciation of California’s native populations. We will connect this to current issues of polarization among people and how to find the “common good”.
